ARKANSAS VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY

Arkansas Volleyball Academy strives to provide the best, most dedicated training for volleyball players in Central Arkansas. This includes nationally recognized teams, as well as regional and local teams. Arkansas Volley strives to promote the sport of volleyball and help nourish the passion of its players. Players are encouraged to set and meet individual and team goals. As a year-round volleyball club, we will continue to develop, implement, and evaluate playing opportunities while maintaining the highest level of standards for coaches and players in all of our programs. Arkansas Volley believes volleyball not only promotes physical development but also sportsmanship, teamwork, and friendship within our family-based environment. Arkansas Volleyball Academy strives to maintain outstanding relationships with its partners, both individual and corporate, and provide players and families with the opportunities to be involved in their community through philanthropic endeavors. 

Join us May 31st and June 1st for our 2-day camp with the University of Central Arkansas! Camp will be run by UCA coaches and players. These camps are an exciting opportunity for players looking to improve their volleyball skills, gain knowledge, and showcase themselves as a player. Our SKILLS CAMP is being offered to players entering grades 5th-8th and our ELITE CAMP is being offered to players entering grades 9th-12th. The cost is $125 per player which will cover both days with UCA. Camp is NOT limited to Arkansas Volleyball Academy players. All players are welcome regardless of club affiliation! We are excited to bring back our popular 2v2 events this year! These have been incredibly fun for all and we can't wait to see teams back on the court competing! These events are open to all players currently in grades 7th-10th.  Grab a partner and sign up online! You won't want to miss out! These events are a great way to keep working hard and having fun, even after club season has ended.

Junior Academy is our program centered around athletes ages 13-16 years old. We look forward to working with athletes in a fun and educational environment to help prepare them for the next level of competition. This program focuses on all skills and team play. Our goal is to continue developing and strengthening each athlete’s volleyball skills, as well as an individual’s playing position. Come build confidence while increasing your skill level, working through drills and game like situations, and focusing on technique.

Youth Academy is our program centered around athletes ages 7-12 years old. This program focuses on beginner level skills and drills to better learn the game of volleyball. We place a large emphasis on building athleticism, hand-eye coordination, and growing a love of the game. We teach basic fundamentals of the sport and work towards the individual growth of each athlete. Come learn with us and allow us to develop your volleyball skills!

We are excited to host the very first volleyball event at Cabot’s new Mega Sports Facility: Game Time at the Grounds! This event will be held all-day Saturday, May 11th, and we invite all players 8 to 16 years of age to join us for this exciting opportunity! Every level of experience and knowledge is welcome! You do NOT have to be a member of Arkansas Volleyball Academy, or a comparable club. This event is open to EVERYONE. Players will be divided into groups dependent on their age and can expect to compete against similarly-aged peers. You may register your athlete to compete in as many events as they would like to participate in. The winners of each event will be awarded medals to recognize their triumph! We know that Game Time at the Grounds will be a great time for everyone. We can’t wait to see all the talent and fun happening on the courts!

We’re excited to announce Arkansas Volleyball Academy has been offered a partnership with MIZUNO USA, Inc! Mizuno provides championship level apparel, as seen on three-time Olympic Medalist, April Ross. This will allow our players to train and compete in style. Our players will be outfitted head to toe in Mizuno gear. We are thrilled our Club has this honor and we look forward to the partnership with Mizuno moving forward.

We are proud to announce our 14-17's National Level teams will be given the opportunity to utilize Hudl during their 2023-2024 season! 

Since launching in 2006, Hudl has quietly grown into a must-have tool for sports teams of any level. The Nebraska-based company has built a platform where athletes and coaches can quickly upload and review videos of gameplay, creating a network with more than 130,000 teams and 3.5 million unique users. Hudl's tools can be used for training purposes, with coaches creating diagrams or adding annotations to videos to share with their players, as well as for promotional purposes--players can easily create highlight reels to share with their fans on their Hudl profile page or via social media outlets. The platform has also become useful for recruitment, granting players easy access to content that they can share with scouts and producing videos that can go viral and attract attention to otherwise unknown hopefuls. The small startup has experienced hyper-growth in the last few years and is now licensing its content to larger sports networks like ESPN, creating an additional source of revenue.
